💼Call Me Now – Independent Contractor Agreement

This Independent Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Call Me Now (“Company”) and the individual submitting an application to join the platform (“Contractor”).
1. Nature of Engagement
The Contractor agrees to provide live, private, one-on-one voice-based chat services through the Call Me Now platform. Contractors are independent workers, not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company.
2. Eligibility
All Contractors must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or older if required by local law)
- Be legally authorized to perform adult-oriented chat services in their jurisdiction

3. Compensation
Contractors will receive a percentage of net call revenue, based on the following:

- Keep conversations within the agreed platform and never solicit or share personal information
6. Privacy & Security
Contractors must not record or redistribute call content. Any violation may result in termination and legal action.
7. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. The Company reserves the right to remove a Contractor from the platform for any reason, including but not limited to violation of terms, policy breaches, or poor performance.
8. Intellectual Property
By submitting media (voice clips, bios, images), the Contractor grants Call Me Now the right to use such content for platform display, marketing, and branding.
9. Legal Responsibility
Contractors are responsible for:
- Reporting and paying any applicable taxes on their earnings
- Complying with local, state, and federal laws
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
